Why should #TheMonkFromGorakhpur should succeed Narendra Modi / Amit Shah ?
When Amit Shah decided to contest from Gandhinagar seat in 2019 Lok Sabha Elections and he took the role of Home Minister in the Union Cabinet post elections, the message was quite clear that BJP has settled the issue of succession post Narendra Modi.

The Prime Minister introduced the rule of 75 years being the official retirement age in formal politics for leaders in Bharatiya Janta party and the decision seems to enjoy the concurrence of Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

And leaders above 75 years have resigned on their own and the leaders post 75 are encouraged to join the margadarshak mandli of the party.

With the Prime Minister turning 70 this September he is expected to lead the party in 2024 Elections and will hand over the reign of the party to his long time friend, mastermind & meticulous poll strategeist Amit Shah when he turns 75 a year later post elections.

The growing stature of Amit Shah is well known in Opposition circles when he meticlulously presented the bill for scrapping of special status for Jammu Kashmir in Rajya Sabha, thereby paving the way for the abrogation of Article 370. In a sense the opposition have accepted the secularization of Narendra Modi and Shah outmanoeuvering them in Rajya Sabha seems to have threatened lutyens & liberal ecosystem in the country. The wall of priveledge is now broken and nepotism finished.

And the change is now appearing in the capital with ex MP vacating their bungalow including prominent personalities like Priyanka Gandhi was told to vacate govt bungalow and their SPG protection withdrawn. The Govt has acted on the need to implement the most sought Citizenship Amendment Act which led to thousands protest on the streets of Shaheen Bagh. And with passing of new farm bill the Home Minister is dealing the situation carefully and he is exposing the interest of commission agents, traders & hoarders who stand to get affected from the newly passed act and the farmers are getting benefited.

Similarly the BJP seems to be grooming leaders for the future and growing by popular sentiments on social media the kind hearted pro animal lover and man of deeds with decisive action Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mahant YogiAditynath is emerging clear favourite. #TheMonkFromGorakhpur seems to enjoy good rapport with Sangh.

Often projected by liberal media as lacklustre CM & mediocre communicator, the #TheMonkFromGorakhpur has zero tolerance towards protestors causing violence & breaking law & order. His Government will auction properties of 3 anti-CAA protesters to recover compensation’ for the public and private property damaged in the violence during the protests against CAA in December 2019.

The UP CM steps had ensured the cases of Encephalitis which had troubled the state since three decades have come down. And now he is transforming Uttar Pradesh into spiritual & cultural hub of India. The makeover of the city of Ayodhya & Varnasi shows the state govt is gearing up to welcome the pilgrims.

The state govt has earmarked resources to improve connectivity to pilgrimage centre by developing National Highway, Waterways, allocating land for International airport, makeover of Railway Station, improved bus connectivity. The civic infrastructure is being improved with liquid and solid waste management plants, modern sewage plants, renovation of footpaths, road and construction of new flyover.

The UP CM has set eyes to make the state Defense hub of India with developing Defence Corridor of UP, in Aligarh, Agra, Jhansi, Chitrakoot and Kanpur,Lucknow. The state has become preferred investment destination with en countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Germany and South Korea have shown interest in investing. An investment of Rs 45,000 crore is likely to be made by these companies which will also generate around 1,35,362 jobs in Uttar Pradesh. To improve the ease of doing business the state has single-window system for the projects to be cleared with minimum bureaucratic hassles.

And with Infrastructure development picking up in UP big way, the CM Yogi Adityanath announced he set up the country’s “biggest and most beautiful” film city in Noida & has allocated 1000 acres of land for the proposed film city with modern production infrastructure facility at international level. Recently Ambassador of France to India Emmanuel Lenain met UP CM to explore the investment opportunities in the state. The UP CM has has targetted to become USD 1 trillion dollar economy with defence, aerospace, warehousing, data centres, electrical vehicles, and pharma sector are some of the emerging investment centres.

The state has ushered all round development under the regime of MYogiAdityanath. He is the most sought leader for campaigning after Prime Minister Narendra Modi / Home Minister Amit Shah during elections. The UP CM nationalistic pitch raking up issues like Ram Janmabhoomi, incursion by China, surgical strike on Pakistan makes him prolific campaigner. In the recently concluded Vidhan Sabha byelections he retained all the six seats for the party thereby placing him only BJP CM included in the first list of star campaigners by the party so far.

This shows the BJP is only party which is based on ideology & workers. The ecosystem rewards performers and has ended ended politics of nepotism, casteism in India. Its too premature to say and if indications are to be understood the newly appointed BJP’s New Youth Wing Chief Tejasvi Surya is being groomed to play deputy role to UP CM in future line of succession, if BJP manages to pull off uninterrupted rule for the next two terms in 2024 and 2029.
