“Krishna Lala Hum Aayenge…” Hindus started the Final Battle to reclaim Shri Krishna Janmbhoomi

In a major development, Hindus have filed a suit in the court of the Civil judge and demanded the annulment of a 1968 Mathura court ruling, which ratified a land deal reached between the Shri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sansthan and the Shahi Idgah Management Committee on the 17th-century Shahi Idgah mosque. Given the sensitivity of the matter, the hearing is very crucial.

The petition was filed on behalf of child deity Bhagwan Shrikrishna Virajman, through the “next friend” Ranjana Agnihotri and Karunesh Shukla and 6 others. The group in its suit has claimed that the mosque was constructed at the birthplace of Lord Krishna, which lies within the 13.37-acre premises of the Katra Keshav Dev temple.

The plea also claims that Mughal ruler Aurangzeb was the one who demolished a large number of Hindu temples, including the temple at the birthplace of Lord Shri Krishna at Katra Keshav Dev temple.

Our Friend Karunesh Shukla is the Petitioner No. 6 and we are pretty much sure that Hindus will be getting the justice this time. We had to fight really hard for Ram Janmbhoomi, and seems it is the time to free Shri Krishna Janmbhoomi as well.

Update – Mathura court refuses to admit the plea, Hindus to approach Allahabad High Court.

The local court hearing the matter regarding the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Idgah row today refused to admit plea to remove the mosque adjacent to Krishna Janmabhoomi. After the ruling, the petitioners have decided to move the Allahabad High Court as reported by Times Now News.

The court stated that Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991 which had exempted litigation on ownership over disputed Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid litigation but barred any other court from entertaining litigation that would alter the status quo of a religious place as existed in 1947.

However, this is just a start, Hindus have woken up and now, and every legal remedy will be taken to ensure the freedom of the Shri Krishna Janmbhoomi in Mathura.
