Bihar elections are going to be held between 28th October-7th Nov. All political parties have started their campaigning and have released the name of their candidates as well. Amid all this, Congress has once again done something which has created doubts about its intentions and patriotism.

Congress has given a ticket to Mashkur Usmani who is infamous for putting the picture of Pakistan founder Mohammad Ali Jinnah inside the Aligarh Muslim University’s office while being the student president of Aligarh Muslim University. There was a lot of ruckus created when he glorified Jinnah, who is responsible for the partition of India. He will be contesting the elections from Darbhanga’s Jale. He was accused of sedition and his statement supporting Jinnah has become viral on social media.

The moment this news broke, BJP started hammering the Congress party for their anti-national and pro-Jinnah stance. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad and Giriraj Singh have jumped into this debate and slammed Congress for its support to such Anti-Nationa elements.

However, as expected, the Congress party is defending this step of making Makshoor Usmani their electoral candidate. The party’s national general secretary Randeep Surjewala said that the BJP is deviating from the real issue. Congress’s spokesperson Rajesh Rathore said that when no issue is found, the BJP talks like this.

Congress’s Bihar spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said that “the issue for us today is not Jinnah, but unemployment, poverty, and farmers’ problems in Bihar.”

It is quite evident that Congress always associates with anti-national elements, who talk about breaking the country. Congress has an alliance with the Muslim League in Kerala, which is known for its hardened stance against Indian democratic establishments. Congress supports Kanhaiyaa Kumar, Umar Khalid, Hardik Patel and entire JNU gang, who always speak against India. It is the time for Indian Citizens to boycott Congress party.
