Sk Afroz (7 year old) and his friend Sk Ibrahim (8 year old) were playing with a ball shaped object which they found in an earthen pot. The kids were happy while playing with it but it didn’t lasted long and the object blasted in just a couple of minutes . Killing the 7 year old Afroz and leaving behind a defaced and grievously injured Ibrahim.
The incident happened on 22nd March 2021 in Burdwan district. The area being a muslim majority area no prizes to guess workers of which political party are active in that area.
English dictionary probably don’t have a word to describe the pain of the mothers who saw their son with their own naked eyes either killed or defaced and grievously injured in this incident.
Since childhood and till today I have seen and read about many such victims of tools of political violence. West Bengal is the heart land of political violence and starting from the CPM regime until today it has not stopped .
The well wishers of the Muslim communities who often criticises BJP for being antimuslim must realise that when the electricity, gas connections and pradhanmantri aawas is given by the Prime Minister’s office it dont look at the caste and the religion of the beneficiaries. The same happens with the bombs too. If the bombs are being made in the areas of Malda, Bardhman,Murshidabad etc for political violence by their trusted parties to be used during elections it will take the life of their kids too ,their innocent men too.
No thekedaar of Islam will shed a tear for the two kids No Kejriwal or No Mamata will visit their places because it dont help their political agenda to project Bjp as enemies of Muslims.
The Muslims of West Bengal must introspect and realise what do they want the car factories like Sanand Gujarat, the diamond factories like surat , the ports like Sikka Kandla or the bombs like the ones which blew of 7 year old Afroz in Bardhman.
