  • Here there is man, Modi, who thinks of nothing but the nation 24 by 7 by 365! He gives brilliant ideas and- ‘Implementation’ what we lacked hugely as a nation is his forte. He is a bull dozer and we need one!

In seven years of Modi government in power at the center and several states in India; now it is very clear who stands where and who stands for what. I call it the ‘Alum affect’. Let me explain this. When in good old day’s tap water was good enough to drink without water purifiers and hi tech RO filters; at home we used to fill tap water in a glass jug and drop a pinch of alum in it- a few small pieces would do.

Then wait for the magic to happen. After sometime, yes sometime (patience is required to clean water) the dirty polluting particles would settle down on the floor of the jug- clearly visible. Then you could take a muslin cloth and put it on top of another jug and pour out the clean water from one jug to the other. And you got rid of the muck. No rocket science till now.

In simple scientific terms Alum is short form of Aluminium sulphate.
When alum is added in water, it reacts with alkalinity present in water and leads to formation of sticky gelatinous precipitate of Aluminum hydroxide which attracts fine suspended impurities in water over its surface and gets easily settled in the following sedimentation process.

At a national level in India for 1.4 Billion people something like this has happened. Now the water is crystal clear and the muck or in better words, impurities of all sizes, colors and creed have gone down to the bottom. Most can see the clear shining water to make a fresh lime cool drink, but yet a few cannot see the clearly visible impurities which are visible to naked eyes or they choose to see with democratic constitutionally supported retina.

Problem is that all humans don’t think alike- It is diversity in diversity.

You make any policy or rule and you can’t keep everyone happy or satisfied- depends on which side of the policy you fall or fell. Even ordering snacks in a group of twelve in a restaurant is not easy, someone will be left unhappy with something somehow.

As long as at the end of the party ten out of twelve are happy, you have ordered a balanced dinner.

The biggest problem and a pain are the two disgruntled guys to kill a party. They go back and complain and keep complaining to the ten happy ones again and again and make two more happy guys unhappy over a period of time. This very often happens at Kitty parties- you must have got the point by now. How to keep the Kitty party going month on month? You need to keep the flock together– the entire golden gang of one dozen friends.

Negativity in humans is more infectious than positivity and that is a given. (Covid pandemic will support this fact).

Coming to a larger picture back home in India, people have never witnessed anything like this before. A leader who can get the bull by the horns. A big risk taker too. Those of us who are senior Indians can clearly see the difference. The good now and the bad and the ugly earlier.

Here there is man, Modi, who thinks of nothing but the nation 24 by 7 by 365! He gives brilliant ideas and- ‘Implementation’ what we lacked hugely as a nation is his forte. He is a bull dozer and we need one!

Ten crore toilettes in last few years, in the current financial year 2020-21, the Highways Ministry has constructed 8,169 kilometers of world class National Highways from April 2020 to 15 January 2021, i.e. with a speed of around 28.16 kilometers per day! Bank accounts for the poor, Electrification even in rural areas, cooking gas for the poor, health coverage for all, digitization, startup India and much more. Most important for which some scummy guys don’t care, is our national and Indian pride which is now flying high across the world.

He has done certain things which seemed impossible- Abolition of article 370, Privatization of AIR INDIA, abolishing triple talaq and putting Pakistan in its place as well as GST.

The intangibles are more than tangibles- World yoga day, Swatchch Bharat, transparency and a responsive government.

Of course there were shortfalls too. But you have chosen a leader and not a magician.

“It is better to aim high and miss than to aim low and hit.”

Who is not happy- and who are these kitty party breakers?

The problem for Narendra Modi is not only jai Chands (a dignified word for a traitor) within, but several enemies of the state outside India too who also do not want India to progress. Unfortunately a ‘united enemy front’ against Modi and therefore India is in place. They are smart too. They have self-interests of very high order. Stakes are so high that they can pump in cash flow like a Niagara Falls to get back their rights to cheat and fleece. They have money and a singular purpose- SELF.  For example he has broken the back of arms dealers lobby by making government to government deals. The game was in Billions. DBT – direct bank transfer has eliminated dalals or commercial pimps at grass root level. They are out of business. You can’t expect them to be happy with Modi?  The difference between a mercenary and a freedom fighter is clear- a mercenary fights for money and freedom fighter for his cause and his country, in this case Bharat. Jai Chands within are happy with few bread crumbs with or without butter. And of course there are several good guys who have fallen on the wrong side of the pragmatic policies and have become sworn enemies of the leadership and inadvertently the state.

So now we stand clearly divided- polarized in terms of those who want the nation to prosper and progress  those who are for themselves and with a motto ‘self before nation’.

It is a healthy 80:20, falling in line with Pareto principle. This is like a kitty party.

Two out of a dozen not happy with the food. What now?

The problem and the solution

Though 80% good guys are good to go but my worry is that the 20% disgruntled should not infect 80 healthy ones. It is a doctor’s dilemma in a Corona crisis. Therefore with folded hands one would say- keep social distancing (At least 10 feet) from these positive tested guys (There is no RT-PCR test) to certify such guys as many are asymptomatic too. And more importantly keep your brains sanitized.

‘Corona wala sey Bachna hai or Rona wala se bhi zaroor bachna hai’  KYUN KI DESH BACHANA HAI.

Keep the flock of 80 non-infected safe and heathy and together and save the nation. Till now for Covid there is no silver bullet cure once you get it but you can prevent yourself from getting infected. Don’t try to cure those 20%- you will fail for sure.

Therefore ‘Stay together, stay healthy stay safe and vote correctly’- Jai Alum
