Muslims are known for capturing the religious centers of others, most of the time they destroy them just like Ram Janmbhoomi or Kashi Vishwanath temple. If they are unable to destroy the temples, then they try to stake claims on such properties to create a sort of confusion and disenchantment among Hindus.

A recent such incident happened in Gujarat, where Waqf Board has written an application to Gujarat High Court staking claim on the ownership of two islands in Bet Dwarka in Devbhoomi Dwarka. Gujarat High court admitted this application and Justice Sangeeta Vishen heard this plea.

The Waqf committee claimed that they own two islands on Bet Dwarka. However, the Gujarat High Court expressed strong disproval and hit out, “Are you aware of what you are saying? How can Waqf Board claim ownership of land in Krishnanagari?’ and refused to hear the application.

There is a total of 8 small islands in the Bet Dwarka cluster. The Sunni Waqf Board claimed that the land on the nearby islands in Bet Dwarka belongs to the Waqf Board. On hearing this, the High Court was upset and asked them to reread their application and submit another revised application in the vacation court.

Bet Dwarka was the residence of Shri Krishna during the time he ruled Gujarat. It is a small island off the coast of Dwarka and one needs to take about a 30-minute boat ride from Okha. The small island is inhabited by about 7,000 families of which about 6,000 families are Muslim families. Bet Dwarka is one of the holy pilgrimage sites for Hindus.

When the islands never belonged to the Waqf Board, still they have the guts to go directly to court to make such an outrageous claim, will Hindus ever realize this? Will Hindus ever dare to claim Mecca even in a dream?

Such practices must be denounced aggressively by Hindus, and we must protect our land our temples at any cost.
