Indian Navy celebrates Independence Day across 6 continents, 3 oceans by hoisting tricolor

Indian Navy advocates ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign and celebrates 75th Independence Day across 6 continents and 3 oceans. Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava celebrated on such a global level.

The Southern Naval Command celebrated the Azadi ka amrit Mahotsava with Har Ghar Tiranga campaign across Naval offices, schools, naval institutions and residential buildings.

The flag hoisting ceremony was also head onboard INS Sarya in Singapore. A ceremonial wreath laying by the INS ship crew is scheduled at Kranji War Memorial and INA marker at Singapore.

The Ministry of Defence said that 75th year of Independence Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an occasion to reinvigorate and reemphasize India’s maritime moorings.

The information and video of all the ships reaching various ports and oceans were tweeted by, Indian Navy along with a video that showed flag hoisting in six continents.
