In a fresh bid of global toolkit conspiracy to defame & dethrone nationalist & patriotic government of Narendra Modi,a French judge will investigate reports of kickbacks being paid on $9.3 Billion deal for 36 Rafale planes between the Indian government & French aircraft manufacturer Dassault. The French investigation & left-leaning journal ‘Mediapart’ has alleged that French Anti-corruption Agency of “burying” suspicions surrounding the September 2016 deal. The alleged scam came into light in 2018, after French NGO Sherpa filed a corruption complaint with the national financial prosecutor’s office in Paris against the deal. The NGO has flagged concerns of Dassault partnering with Reliance group headed by Anil Ambani over HAL citing its inexperience in the aviation field. Congress & Opposition leader in India Rahul Gandhi have repeatedly & relentlessly raked the issue stating €1.1 million were paid to a middleman in the deal.
These allegations by the Congress leader in nexus with International left-leaning journal ‘Mediapart’ & NGO Sherpa indicates a wider conspiracy to weaken India’s security and sovereignty. In Fact in 2018 the Supreme Court of India gave a clean chit to the Narendra Modi government on allegations of irregularities in the procurement of Rafale fighter jets. The French NGO anti corruption watchdog ‘Sherpa” has history of questionable financial dealings & frivolous lawsuits with its founder and controversial French Lawyer William Bourdon has been alleged to be involved in meddling in internal affairs of several African countries including Mauritania. The claims made by the French NGO ‘Sherpa’ should not be considered seriously, considering the charges filed by the NGO against Samsung was closed due to lack of proof. The notorious rogue NGO had also alleged that Anil Ambani Reliance group was given undue preference over HAL by Dassault for its inexperience in aviation fleet. On the contrary Reliance Defence had inked pact with US Navy to service the front line warships, supply vessels, patrol vessels that are part of Seventh Fleet. The aim of NGO is to garner larger media interest by filing frivolous allegations is well established beyond doubt.

On the contrary the offset clause which mandates Dassault to invest part of Rs.60,000 crore deal in India with Reliance Defence is around Rs.850 crore. In Fact French companies Safran, Thales, MBDA and Dassault, all part of the Rafale project will be providing technology knowhow like provide stealth, radar and thrust vectoring for missiles technologies and upgrade the Kaveri engine with 90kN thrust compared to the existing 72kN for Tejas fighter jets to DRDO & domestic companies.Apart from Reliance Defence, BEL, Bharat Dynamics Ltd, Samtel (Owned by Sam Pitroda) and other defence companies were the beneficiaries of the Rs.30,000 crore offset contract.

Dassault Aviation has reportedly stated that HAL required 2.7 times higher man-hours compared to the French side for the manufacture of Rafale aircraft in India. In 2017 Reliance Defence and Engineering Limited (RDEL) launched the first two Naval Offshore Patrol Vessels (NOPVs) Shachi and Shruti and are armed with 76mm Super Rapid Gun Mount (SRGM) system along with two 30mm AK-630M guns which provide medium range and short range offensive and defensive capabilities.Both Vessels have a 20000 KW Diesel Engine which can attain maximum speed of 25 Knots, and can travel upto 25000 Kilometers at the same go. Reliance Infrastructure Limited (RInfra)-promoted Reliance Aerostructure Limited (RAL) services NASA & the Airforce of America. In 2012, Reliance Aerostructure transformed itself into an Expert in Aviation Technology and acquired Technical Expertise in the field of Naval and Airforce. Dassault Aviation has carefully evaluated the track record of both HAL & Reliance Defence by sending their expert teams and then selected Anil Ambani owned company for their expertise.

All the above mentioned developments, seems to be a well crafted international campaign to derail Indian Defence forces modernization plans leaving us vulnerable to threats from our adversaries.

You’ve rightly said Umesh ji, that it’s a conspiracy hatched by CCP n Congress is it’s mouthpiece in India, which is getting the feed from China supported n financed left medias n left liberal groups of India,Europe & America. But now government of India should come out strictly n start taking massive actions against these groups. Still government of India failed to take any action against these groups n mind it speaking lies hundred times only creates suspicion in the mind of people n when Government of India don’t take any formidable action people start thinking there must be something fishy into these matters n allegations must be true.
