Rahul Gandhi is known for his childish and outlandish statements, which not only shows the lack of knowledge on several issues but also shows a lack of sensitiveness as well.
A couple of days back, a video of Rahul Gandhi speaking at a public meeting in Tamil Nadu is viral on social media with the claim that the Congress leader suggested replacing the Indian Army with laborers, farmers, and workers at the volatile China border.
Team Trunicle did share a 26-second long video, where Rahul Gandhi was saying that “You are using the Indian Army, the Indian Navy, the Indian Air Force to protect India from China. If you use India’s laborers, India’s farmers, India’s workers, you will not need the Army, Navy, and Air Force to be standing over there. China will not have the guts to come inside.”
The caption along with one such video says, “Since Rahul Gandhi thinks that Indian Army can be replaced by Farmers & labourers, We request #NarendraModi ji #AmitShah ji please remove the VIP security provided to #rahulgandhi & replace it by Indian Farmers & labourers.”
While, this video is self explanatory and going by Rahul Gandhi’s track record, it is easy to understand his intentions. However, there is a section of media, which always try to cover-up such idiotic acts of Gandhi family and secular-communist cabal. Few news websites have even started their own ‘Fake News’ expose department, which try to mislead people in the name of Fact checking.
India Today’s alleged Anti Fake News War Room, did investigation and said that the viral clip is taken out of context from a longer speech Gandhi made on BJP’s economic policies. He was accusing the Centre of favoring a few big industrialists instead of helping the farmers and laborer’s of the country. Gandhi said China gathered strength to intrude into India due to the country’s weakening economy.
Another media house The Quint did some ‘Fact check’ and announced that Gandhi had not asked the defense forces of India, protecting the borders, to be replaced by its workers, laborer, and farmers. He was instead suggesting that China had dared to transgress our borders because of India’s “weak economy” and if we empower the working class of the country, and emerge with economic strength, China would not have the “guts” to do so.
Both the media house allegedly claimed that video is out of context and Rahul Gandhi was talking about Economy, not about forces. However, they think that citizens of our nation are fools and innocents, who don’t know the exact context.
Let us put this in correct context here, that too a historic one. It was our first Prime Minister Mr. Nehru, who started this congressi tradition of demeaning our Armed Forces.
According to the book, Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru blew his top when Lt General Sir Robert Lockhart, the first commander in chief of India took a strategic plan for a Government directive on defence policy.
Past independence, the then Army Chief, General Lockhart took a strategic plan to Prime Minister Nehru and asked him for his directive on the defense policy. He came back red faced and shell-shocked, when asked what happened, he replied, The PM took one look at my paper and blew his top. ‘Rubbish! Total rubbish!’ he shouted. ‘We don’t need a defense plan. Our policy is ahimsa (non-violence). We foresee no military threats. Scrap the army! The police are good enough to meet our security needs’.
This was the policy of PM Nehru, which lead to the massive loss in the 1962 war. Today Rahul Gandhi is also toeing the same line and undermining our forces at every possible opportunity. For the sake of argument, let’s agree that he was talking about the Economy. Then can these Media houses tell us, why he brings Indian Armed Forces in between?
If he was talking about Economy or Laborer, then he should have stick to that. Talk about Economy, Labour laws, GDP, productivity, ease of doing business etc. We don’t know how Indian Armed forces come into this equation of Rahul Gandhi’s economy tirade?
Well, the nation is very much aware of the intellectual capacity of Rahul Gandhi, and we all know he makes no sense whatsoever. However, we are surprised that how much mainstream media houses can justify such misleading information and accusing us of taking it out of context.
We know that these Media houses conduct these fact checking in highly biased manner. They never do fact check on the fake news their own Journalists spread. Did you see any Fact Check by India Today on Rajdeep Sardesai’s fake news of death of a farmer allegedly by Delhi Police? The answer is big No.
Even today, they took action against Rajdeep Sardesai, that too after getting exposed by the netizens on social media. This was not the first such incident, several other Journalists of India Today group, including Rajdeep and Rahul Kanwal have been accused of sharing fake and biased news, but they never took any actions at all.
They never conduct any fact check on Rahul Gandhi’s lies. Be it Rafale issue, be it GST issue, be it Demonetization, be it Rahul’s lies on China intrusion and several other countless issues. Did you ever saw a Fact Check done by India Today or The Quint? The answer is Big No. They never do that, they cant do that. As they are the part and the parcel of Lutyens Cabal, which is nurtured by the same Gandhi family for the last seven decades.
