Javed Habib Salon: Shahrukh touched here and there on the pretext of facial: Arrested after complaint.

The Hindu young girl was taken to a different room by Shahrukh, who worked at the Javed Habib Salon, for a facial, and she was abused there. The youngster was jailed when a case was made against her after telling her mother about this.

According to the information, on Sunday evening (5 November 2023), a 17-year-old minor had gone to Javed Habib Salon with her mother. This salon is located in Shiv Karthik Enclave on VIP Road, Surat. After getting her hair cut, she expressed her wish to her mother that she also wanted to get a facial done.

When the minor said this, accused Shahrukh Shah took him to another room, separate from his mother. Finding himself alone in the room, Shahrukh started molesting the Hindu minor and started touching him here and there. When the minor protested, he said that he had touched it by mistake.

According to the news website Desh Gujarat, Shahrukh is actually Riyaz Hasmatullah Khan, and he lives in the Uttar Pradesh district of Moradabad. He was a manager at the Surat salon owned by Javed Habib. Shahrukh has been charged under Section 354 (1) (1) of the POCSO Act.
