Amit Shahs image leadership quality & the fear he has created in the mind of his opponents.
Here is one more short story which I would like to share.

In 2019 before general election I was invited in a small interactive social media meet with Shri Sunil Deodhar ,BJP National secretary.
I never miss the opportunity to meet grass root leaders like Deodharji because you get to learn lot about leadership and management skills from such persons. We were around 12/15 peoples who met him.

Unlike other politicians who only believe in one sided dialogues, Deodhar ji is a good listener, he will hear you, understand your words & then respond.
Talking about how he was given the in-charge of Tripura elections all of sudden Sunil Deodhar ji said us that he was surprised that party decided to send him Tripura whereas he had done a good hard work in Meghalaya.
So he said Amit Shah (then party president) that Tripura is a Hardcore communist state & this communist can even do political killings to save their den.
To this Mota bhai responded Sunil ji aap befiqr ho ke jaao aur waha bolna ki Amit Shah ne bheja hai.
Deodhar ji added that after hearing this words from his party president he got motivated.
We smiled after hearing this story as we all know what Amit Shah meant.

If you want to win war against hard-core criminals & commies in politics then you need a person like Amit Shah whose name creates fear in the minds.

Amit Shah trusted on the capability & hard work of Deodhar ji & he got the result by winning Tripura.
This is leadership quality of Mr Shah who recognizes hard working & grassroot leaders.
