Date:

Share post:

Hindu temple land and properties cannot be leased or sold by any one or by any government. The temple lands and properties should remain with temples only. This court judgment will be welcomed with both hands by all Hindus. TN government to give details of fraudsters using the temple land and balance rents / lease amounts within 6 weeks. All arrears to be collected and action is to be taken against people not paid rent / lease and illegal occupants. Sold temple properties / lands should relocated as soon as possible. Temple funds and income should be used for wages of temple workers, maintenance, rituals, and poojas of the temples only.

The surplus money from the Hindu temples should be used for other Hindu temples only. Temple land and properties cannot be taken over for public utility purpose like government office, constructions, factories schools / colleges / play grounds etc. and all the properties will remain with the respective temple management only. Most important verdict of this judgement:

HR & CE should pay minimum wages as per the Minimum Wages Act of Tamil Nadu to the Mahants and all temple workers. As on date, minimum wages are Rs.305 per day in Tamil Nadu including basic and DA. The main person who won the judgement is Sri. Rangarajan sir of SriRangam.

It took 77 months to get this historic judgement in favour of Hindu community, which was delivered by His Lordships Justice Mahadevan and Justice Adhi Kesavalu of the Madras High Court on 7th June 2021. It involved approximately 1 lac papers connected to this case.

All offerings went to the state government, which is not obliged to invest any amount on temple upkeep or even a cup of tea or prasadam or free food to poor or to its devotees. The state government used the money for general work including Waqf Board and Haj subsidy. Church. Control of mosque, gurudwara and Jain temple money is with their own religious trusts and bodies and spent the way they want to, whereas Hindu temple collection money could even be spent on restoration of mosques, repairing kabristans and even building the boundary wall or even Haj Houses by Delhi CM or by UP CM our great Tonti chor. But this great judgement is now applicable only in Tamil Nadu. Other states too have to win the battle.

It’s time for our Hindus to rise and shine. We have to fight for our rights. Under the great so called statesman and liberal leader Nehru, no good was done for the Hindu majority welfare and rights. Hindu temples were the milching animals of the society. A sleeping or unaware Hindu was an easy prey and was taught a lesson on secularism.

Let a new dawn bestow changes in the entire nation.

Bharat Mata ki Jai!
