The Hindu woman Ashpak Shaikh with whom he carried out ‘Love Jihad’ had been preying on her minor daughter for the last 3 years.

There is news of rape of the minor daughter of a Hindu woman, a victim of ‘Love Jihad’, in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra. The woman’s boyfriend, whose name is Ashpak Shaikh, has been accused of rape. It is alleged that Sheikh was drugging the minor and raping her for the last 3 years. The victim has also said that her mother is missing. On Thursday (23 November 2023), the police registered a case and arrested Ashpak. The time of events in the FIR is stated to be between January 1, 2020 and November 23, 2023. Investigation of the case is ongoing.

This incident took place in Pundalik Nagar police station area of ​​Aurangabad. The complaint in this matter has been lodged by members associated with ‘Vishva Hindu Parishad’ (VHP). In the complaint, the victim said that her mother had divorced her first husband when she was just 2 years old. After divorce, she started living with Ashpak Shaikh in Bharat Nagar area. During this time the woman gave birth to a son. Ashpak did not consider this child as his child, due to which there were frequent fights between his wife and mother-in-law.

Since then, the 15-year-old victim has been living with her mother and Ashpak-born brother in Bharat Nagar area. Referring to an incident about 3 years ago, the minor told that one day she had gone to a wedding with her brother. Meanwhile, his mother called, who called both of them back home saying that there was a fight. When the victim returned home with her brother, she saw that there were many pieces of glass lying there. A scratch was visible on Ashpak’s neck.

The victim did not see her mother anywhere during this period. When asked, Ashpuff told the children that she had left everyone behind. Ashpak also started making preparations to take the victim and her brother from Aurangabad to Mumbai. When the victim did not believe Ashapak’s words, she questioned the neighbours. Neighbors said that they had seen the victim’s mother with head injuries on the day of the incident. He also told that Ashpak was seen running after the victim’s mother carrying a wooden stick.

After this incident, Ashpak took the victim and Sameer to Mumbai. He stayed here for 8 days. Meanwhile, one night he was taking information about the situation in Aurangabad on phone. He was asking if everything was okay there and could he come back? The victim overheard this. Next day morning, after this call, Ashpak returned back to Aurangabad with the victim and Sameer. He stayed here for 1 month. During this period, one day he raped the victim.

The accused often used to show porn films to the minor on his mobile. Many times he even forced the victim to dance naked. On October 23, 2023, at around 6 pm, the victim went to Karnapura area with her friend and her mother. Karnapura is in Aurangabad only. From here he got late in returning home. On returning home, Ashapak again tried to rape the victim. During this, the victim kicked Ashpak very hard and after getting the opportunity, she left the house.From here she reached her friend’s house and stayed there for the night. To avoid any problem in the morning, the victim went straight to Pundalik Nagar police station from there without informing anyone.(opindia news)
