Sambhal (UP), A six-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a Maulana

A shocking incident has taken place in Uttar Pradesh’s Sambhal district. A 6-year-old child was raped at a mosque by Maulana.

The police have arrested the accused Maulana. Sambhal CO Jitendra Kumar told the news agency that. 

 “A woman told in the complaint that her daughter was raped by a man. The accused has been arrested after an investigation. An FIR has been registered in the matter. The statement of the victim has been recorded and sent for a medical check-up. Whatever necessary action will be taken in the matter.”

The Superintendent of Police, Mr. Chakresh Mishra said that a mother in the sambal police station area said that her six-year-old daughter was raped by a young guy called Owais, who imparted religious instruction, to a room near the mosque

Based on the woman’s accusation, a case was filed against the accused Owais, and he was detained.

The police have opened an investigation based on the complaint. The police have opened an investigation under Section 376 of the IPC and the Protection of Children From Sexual Offenses Act. The girl has been taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation. People in the area are in a state of terror as a result of this news. The culprit has been apprehended by police. The situation is being thoroughly explored. Following the inquiry, the police will take necessary measures, according to the police.
