The entire world is confused and perplexed with the ongoing tussle between Russia and Ukraine, as it has created an environment of animosity, has pushed the price of commodities higher, has crashed the markets across the world. People are praying that this war should stop as quickly as possible.
However, this ongoing conflict is not going to be settled soon, instead, it is unleashing some shocking facts with each passing day. In the latest such incident, the Russian Defence Ministry showed documents from Ukrainian biological laboratories, which are funded by the US Department of Defense.
These documents have confirmed that Ukrainian biological laboratories are located very near to Russian border and they are developing components of biological weapons.
The ASB News has reported this on behalf of the Russian Ministry of Defence, and it states that “We have received from employees of Ukrainian biological laboratories documentation on the emergency destruction of especially dangerous pathogens of plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera and other deadly diseases on February 24″.
The Russian Ministry of Defence has reported that after the start of the Russian special operation in the Donbas, the Pentagon was very much concerned about the Russian movement, and possible disclosure of information about secret biological experiments conducted on the territory of Ukraine would be disclosed.
Russian military spokesman Igor Konashenkov claims to have received documents proving that Ukraine was conducting biological weapons research near Russia with the help of the US.
The Russian Defence Ministry has raised very serious questions and they said: “In order to prevent the discovery of the facts of violation by the United States and Ukraine of Article 1 of the UN Convention on the Prohibition of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health sent an instruction to all biological laboratories on the urgent elimination of stored stocks of dangerous pathogens”.
The documents are now being analyzed by Russian government officials and specialists, and it is being observed if Russian troops have been adequately protected against any radiation, chemical, or biological attack.
The list of published documents includes an important order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated February 24, 2022, which refers to the “emergency destruction of biological pathogenic agents”. That means, the Ukrainian government did instruct to destroy its labs immediately.
Here it is important to note that Ukraine used the Chernobyl nuclear power plant zone for work on the manufacture of a “dirty bomb” and the separation of plutonium. The recent abnormal variation in radiation level in the Chernobyl zone points a finger towards some suspicious activity of the Ukrainian government.
USA’s dubious Biological Threat Reduction Program
While Russia has exposed this nefarious development, which can create a panic in neighboring countries. The US Embassy has offered further information about the U.S. Department of Defense’s Biological Threat Reduction Program, where the US has collaborated with Ukraine in the name of countering the threat of outbreaks (deliberate, accidental, or natural) of the world’s most dangerous infectious diseases.
The USA has upgraded many laboratories of Ukraine and moved them to Biosafety Level 2. In 2019, the USA has constructed two Bio-laboratories in Ukraine, one in Kyiv and one in Odesa.
Is the USA playing a double game?
Last year, a US State Department report accused Russia of maintaining an offensive biological weapons program, despite being a signatory of the Biological Weapons Convention. Last week a US diplomat claimed that Russia continues to hold stocks of deadly viruses it could unleash on the population.
Russia’s Bio-laboratory in remote Siberia may be the location of deadly biological weapons after it was used in the Soviet era to develop deadly stocks of viruses. However, the USA itself is funding such bio-labs in Ukraine, hence it is difficult to understand the motives of the USA.
Russia is also alleging that Ukrainian secret services, which is known for having neo-Nazi sympathies are planning to explode a reactor at the National Research Centre of the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology, then put the blame on Russia for nuclear contamination.
Western Media is slamming Russia for False-Flag Bio-Weapon operation
The western media has started slamming Russia for this expose, and they have labeled it as Russia’s latest ‘false flag’ operation to galvanize domestic support and justify the Ukrainian invasion.
However, the USA and Ukraine have a lot to explain here, as opening bio-labs in the vicinity of the Russian border is certainly not justifiable by any means. It also raises doubts if Russia invaded Ukraine to prevent any Bio-attack?
