Reporter of Republic Bharat Pradip Bhandari arrested illegally, Social media terms it Undeclared Emergency by Maharashtra Govt.

A slap on the court orders is given by the Mumbai Police by arresting the Reporter of Republic Bharat, Mr.Pradeep bhandari inspite of having anticipatory bail. He is an exceptional journalist and young face of Republic India news. Though Mr bhandari was in Bihar to cover the Bihar election news he was asked to be present in the khar police station today.The latest update that came is that he is been illegally arrested and also his device including mobile phone is taken by the police. He is been physically encircled by the police and not allowed to take a step outside.

Ever since Republic India team started exposing the police officials by giving coverage for palghar riots, Sushant murder case & illegal demolishment of kanganas office, the officials are looking to stop them and put all possible hurdles for them so that the culprits can be saved. This seems to be a vendetta against Arnab Goswami and his team. Also after the Mumbai Police commissioner Param Bir Singh was exposed for making false allegation on TRP manipulation against the news channel. Mr bhandari alleged that commissioner Singh was working on the behest of his political masters & not respecting the police uniform.

It’s high time that the police officials realise their duties & stop working under political pressures. Liberals who create fake narratives & defame the country while supporting anti nationalists like Khalid Umar & Sarjil imam are now in silent mode over the attack on democracy by Shiv Sena led Maharashtra govt.
Congress party which accuses Modi govt of curbing Freedom of speech is silent in Maharashtra over the ill-treatment done by its alliance on a journalist , isn’t this hypocrisy ?
