On 15th August 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a record-breaking 103-minute speech from the Red Fort, marking India’s 79th Independence Day. This was his 12th consecutive address, surpassing Indira Gandhi and second only to Jawaharlal Nehru.
