For Congress, Ram Mandir is not of Hindus, it is RSS/BJP’s event, their political project.

At this time the whole world is looking towards Ayodhya, where a grand Pran Pratishtha program is to be organized in the temple of Ramlala on 22 January 2024. Thousands of dignitaries are being invited to this program, but the Congress Party has now refused to participate in this program. Congress has issued a letter terming this event as political and said that it will stay away from the Pran Pratishtha program to be held in the incomplete temple.

The party has made it clear that Sonia Gandhi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and party leader in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Choudhary will not attend this program.

Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh has issued a letter informing about the party’s decision. The letter reads, “Last month, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress Parliamentary Party President Sonia Gandhi and Congress Parliamentary Party leader in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Choudhary received invitation for the inauguration of Ram Temple in Ayodhya.”

The Congress Party has clearly termed the consecration ceremony in the grand temple of Lord Ram as a political move. The special thing is that when the same Congress party was in power at the Centre, the government had denied the existence of Lord Ram by taking oath in the Supreme Court. Now that after the order of the Supreme Court, the wish of Hindus all over the world has been fulfilled, once again the Congress Party has proved by its action how much it hates Sanatan tradition and Hindus.
