Congress is living in a make believe world of myths and fables of one family and its over-exaggerated fairy tales of contribution to and sacrifices for the country, without any honesty to discuss wrongs done by this one family. This doesnt mean this family is a devil, but we definitely need a honest and neutral discussion on positives and negatives, instead of deifying this one family.
Now lets check why Rahul is a failure.
What is Congress’ claim to fame and rationale for assertion of Rahul’s right over India’s polity and Rahul’s birthright to rule this country? Fables and fairy tales of greatness of Nehru, Indira, and Rajiv! What is Rahul’s own contribution and credibility, except for banking on his ancestry?
Now lets look at demographics.
40% of the population is less than 19 years old and havent seen Nehru, Indira, and Rajiv. If at all they remember, then its Anna Hazare and all scams tumbling out of closet of Congress during UPA tenure, and stupid comments by Rahul. How can they relate with Congress?
Around 17.5% of the population who are less than 30 years old were born after Rajiv was killed or hardly saw Rajiv working. What do they know about Rajiv to blindly follow Rahul and vote for Congress without deliberating on pros and cons of Congress and its policies, etc? Does Congress expect them to blindly worship this one Dynasty and accept the holy birthright of Rahul and descendants of this one family to rule us?
Around 25% of the population who are less than 35 years are born after Indira was killed. They have not experienced any positive contribution (if any) of Indira in their life. Does Congress expect them to blindly worship this one Dynasty and accept the holy birthright of Rahul and descendants of this one family to rule us?
Around 13% of the population was very young and immature when Indira was PM and they would hardly remember what Indira did. Does Congress expect them to blindly worship this one Dynasty and accept the holy birthright of Rahul and descendants of this one family to rule us?
To sum up, 78.6% of the population hasnt seen ancestors of Rahul doing anything, that would leave a very lasting impression in their mind to blindly vote for Rahul and Congress.
Now lets analyse how a young mind thinks.
What would any citizen who is less than 34 years old remember? Pls note around 65.6% of the population of India is less than 34 years old. Anna sitting on fast protesting against scams during Congress rule? He would compare what he is seeing in terms of pathetic infrastructure and state of nation with all fairy tales and fables of claims made by Congress to glorify this one family so that they can get votes? He would see a Modi rising out of nowhere selling his development story? He would see one Arvind Kejriwal rising from nowhere to protest against corruption? How can this section of the population relate with Rahul and Congress? They will relate with Modi, Arvind, Akhilesh, Nitish, Chandrababu, Chandrashekhar Rao, Naveen Patnaik, Mayawati, Jayalalitha, Karunanidhi and Stalin, etc, but never with Rahul and Congress. What is Rahul’s own contribution and credibility, except for banking on his ancestry?
I really wonder why Congress isnt able to look through this and rework its strategy to survive and grow in the country? I really wonder why Congress is so hell bent and dependent on one family who will take this party and also this country to drains?
