The Khalistani protest is ISI Sponsored, Congress backed Movement orchestrated by Punjab CM to ensure that his son Raninder Singh is not charged with the FOREX case where he is stated to have moved funds to Switzerland and creation of Jacaranda Trust and a few subsidiaries in British Virgin Islands.
The timing of the movement looks suspicious as the so called farmers from Punjab are only participating. The so called farmers are protesting against the enactment of The Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Ordinance, 2020; The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Ordinance, 2020; and The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020.
The farmers across the country have been able to get their dues withheld by the middlemen and the private sector is procuring them at the prices higher than MSP.
The movement seems to be well coordinated, well planned and seamlessly executed with precision. And the movement of this scale requires lot of planning and resources and the involvement of the farmers of Punjab suggest that the ruling party is responsible for creating in COVID hit capital with lakhs of people have gathered and held the capital at ransom.
The protest is in direct violation of Supreme Court Judgement as the observation on Shaheen Bagh states
“The apex court has disapproved of the way in which the Shaheen Bagh protests took place and ruled that such agitations must be in designated areas alone and public spaces cannot be occupied indefinitely.”
The constitutional right to protest does not allow on infringement of rights of citizens of the capital city.
There are Khalistani presence in farmers’ protest & also demands were made for reinstatement of Article 370 and Article 35A. Also we could see viral video stating that death threats were made to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Intelligence agencies have stated that the Sikh Federation raised $1 Million for ‘Delhi Chalo’ protest for farmers and they plan on raising Khalistan’s flag at India Gate.
Home Minister Amit Shah is trying to defuse the situation meeting Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and asked the supporters to shift to another protest site.
