Indian Railways gift to Lord Krishna’s Mathura-Vrindavan devotees on Janmashtami

Shubh Janmashtami: Indian Railways has given a golden gift to Krishna devotees on the occasion of Srikrishna Janmashtami. On the occasion of Janmashtami, the Railways has expanded 3 trains including New Delhi-Agra Cantt Intercity Express to Gwalior. This train is being temporarily expanded from 18 to 21 August from Gwalior. Devotees will get a lot of relief from the expansion of these trains.

Indian Railways is increasing facilities for passengers from time to time so that passengers do not face any problem during the journey. The railway is continuously working to improve the facilities of trains operated for daily travelers. Railways have given great relief for the devotees who gathered in Mathura-Vrindavan on Janmashtami.

On the occasion of the Shri Krishna Janmashtami, Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has given a big gift to the devotees in Mathura-Vrindavan (Krishna’s city). Yogi Adityanth inaugurated ‘Annapurna Bhojanalaya’ in Mathura, where food will be provided to 5000 devotees daily.

Free nutritious food will be served in the morning and in the evening to the pilgrims visiting Mathura-Vrindavan Dham. For this, the state government has constructed a two-storey ‘annapurna Bhawan’ in front of the Jaipur temple on Mathura-Vrindavan.

This scheme has brought tremendous surprises for every devotee as the Annapurna Bhawan has been constructed by the Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad at a cost of about Rs. 5 crore. This building is two storeys, which is spread in 2300 square metres. 200 people can eat at the same time.

Mangalmay Parivaar Trust will run the Bhojanalay. Mohit Vyas the representative of trust said, “Annapurna Bhawan will have a system of digestible and free meals for the devotees.
