Kerala:Congress organized a rally in support of Palestine, these big leaders including Shashi Tharoor were seen.

Congress held a rally on Thursday (23 November) amid the war between Israel and the Palestinian extremist organization Hamas. Many leaders including Congress MPs Shashi Tharoor and KC Venugopal were present at the Palestine solidarity rally held in Kozhikode, Kerala.

During the rally, KC Venugopal said that the party’s resolution says that we are with Palestine. Whereas Shashi Tharoor attacked the Modi government at the Centre. Actually, recently a meeting of Congress Working Committee was held. In this, a resolution was passed mentioning Palestine.

The Congress resolution read, “Now the CWC expresses its pain over the war that has broken out in the Middle East and the loss of more than a thousand people.” “The CWC reiterates its long-standing support for the rights of the Palestinian people to land, self-governance, and a life with self-respect and dignity.”(abp news)
