Now Currency Notes in India used for Religious Conversion

Trunicle team today came across this tweet where @noconversion tweeted a picture of Rs.10 currency note with ‘Jesus Heals’ stamp on it.

In India religious conversion, particularly Christian conversion has been rampant across entire country. But this unique way of promoting a religion is not only surprising but also a worrisome act in the eyes of law. Any currency that has any textual representation other than the ones authorized by the RBI, is considered to be of no use.

As a responsible citizen, you can reject any currency with such religious stamps on them.
