Her grievance pertains to being deceived about Ricky’s true identity, his religious affiliation, and his marital status. What began as a relationship built on trust allegedly transformed into a tumultuous journey marked by accusations of pressurization for conversion, forced marriage, and religious interference.

The complaint states that after a few days passed, Rikki called a Maulvi and pressurized the victim to convert to Islam. Naved named the victim Nazia and started calling her by the same name. The victim says that Naved even threatened to kill her if she did not become a Muslim. Along with this he also threatened to slit his mother’s throat.

The victim’s account details a distressing saga of discovering that Ricky, who had presented himself as a Hindu, was indeed a Muslim named Naved. This revelation, coupled with the discovery of his prior marriage and divorce, shattered the trust she had placed in him. The subsequent accusations of pressuring her, along with Ricky’s family, for religious conversion adds a layer of complexity to the situation.
