Success comes to those, who envisions and work relentlessly towards making dreams turn into reality. The recently concluded UP Assembly Elections 2022 witnessed one of the most intense planning and campaign strategies. Battle lines were drawn years before and the international media was foccussed on state elections with United States advocacy groups like Indian American Muslim Council and American federal agency USCIRF showing keen interest in the state affairs. In this state which boast of political heavy weights like MYogiAditynath, Mayawati, Akhilesh Sigh and many high profile Musclemen politicians across the spectrum, many support groups and reformist played pivotal rule in ensuring that the residents of the state exercise their electoral franchise. And taking steps in this direction a group of volunteers led by JIA MANJARI former Spokesperson & National President of Akhil Bharat Hindu Yuva Morcha Women Cell, played a stellar role in this election to ensure that resident under priviledged workers of Uttar Pradesh working in states across India are provided with neccessary support to ensure that they vote for the candidate in their respective assembly constituency.
The team led by Jia Manjari coordinated with support groups to set up coordination centre consisting of volunteers who were working round the clock and calling out residents who were working in other states. The volunteers provided the workers with neccessary information regarding the schedule of the electoral process, arranged resources from willing donors to provide the residents with assistance for traveling and casting their vote in their respective constituency. The group started the voters awareness campaign by canvassing house to house in many constituency across the state. The volunteers were connected round the clock through social media messaging applications with updates regularly posted in the groups to chart the next course of action. An IT consultant by profession, Jia Manjari is TV Panelist, Political Analyst, Columnist, Reformist & Brand Ambassador of Beti Foundation. Her corporate experience has helped her scaling up the social work and she has started an NGO Bhuveer Welfare Trust. The aim of the NGO is to raise awareness on social economic issues like constitutional equality, Uniform Civil Code, Population Control & anti conversion bills.
